Since 22 December 2017, COMWISE has been a subsidiary of Billennium.

The purchase of COMWISE is related to the Billennium strategy: portfolio and customer source diversification, as well as the services provided by Billennium. The knowledge, experience and technologies that COMWISE has will expand Billennium’s offer by:
- services related to embedded video option in the client processes;
- video-verification of identity in the process of signing a document;
- video as an alternative form of document signing;
- virtual branches and remote consumer service.
